Red Bean Mushroom Pate

So, now I come with a delicious pate, a perfect combination, special and very, very tasty. In addition, ingredients can be found at any store.

White onion

Canned red kidney beans

or 300g fresh

I used all the canned ingredients - so it was faster and more convenient.

So, I drained the water well and cleaned and washed the onion.

In a pan, sauté the onion with a little oil.

When it browns slightly, add the mushrooms, let them cook for about 10 minutes.

Then the beans, mix well and leave for another 5 minutes on the fire.

Season with salt and pepper, you can add a little tarragon or dried parsley - if you like.

Blend the composition well, to be as uniform as possible.

Put in a plate and leave for 20-30 minutes in the fridge - optional - it is good and immediate but seems a little better from the fridge.
