A very simple, quick and delicious recipe - it seems that we now have the period of quick recipes, unfortunately for others I don't have much time, or I'm working on them.
In 2 weeks I prepared it 3 times, so you will realize that the recipe is very successful, the chicken is soft inside and crispy on top, the perfect option for this type of meat.
Wash the chicken breast and cut long, thin slices.
Grease an oven tray with oil and arrange the slices of meat next to each other.
When you have put all the meat, pepper it, add a little salt and add granulated garlic for a more pronounced flavor.
Then grease all the meat with sour cream.
Grind the cornflakes well, either directly in the bag or in the blender.
Sprinkle with plenty of meat and place the tray in a preheated oven at 180-200 degrees for about 45 minutes.
When it is lightly browned and the pieces of meat are slightly delimited, it is ready and take it out of the oven.
Take each piece of chicken with a spatula and serve it on a plate or put it in a box until serving.
The chest was deliciously warm, when it cooled a little, it had dried but not badly. Go with any gasket you like.
Good appetite!
