A first recipe this season and I recommend these very simple cookies to prepare, the surprise element in the ingredients is the white wine that makes them tender and aromatic.
I would recommend the recipe not only for vegans, you really don't really know what ingredients it has, the dough works very well, you really have to try them.
Mix the wine with the oil, vanilla essence and salt.
Add baking powder and flour along the way, mix with a spoon and make sure you don't add too much flour.
Unfortunately I didn't calculate the exact amount of flour, so look for yourself :(
Mix the dough with the spoon first, then after it binds start using your hands.
Remove the dough on the table and knead it a little, a very pleasant crust comes out, sticky and easy to work.
Allow 15 minutes to rest.
During this time, prepare the filling - mix the chopped walnuts with the jam.
Put the jam more carefully, the composition must be thicker, so that it does not flow from the biscuits.
The dough is divided into 2 pieces, knead lightly and leave for another 5 minutes.
Each dough is spread in a sheet of maximum 3-4 mm thick, cut into rounds with a glass, put the filling.
The edges approach and stick well, like some dumplings, if you know what it's about :)
Put the cookies on an oven tray greased with a little oil and put them in the oven, temperature 180-200 degrees.
They are ready when lightly browned, in about 40-45 minutes.
Let them cool well, pass them through powdered sugar and serve with great pleasure a hot tea :)
Good appetite!
