Step by step
Step 1
Mix the wine with the oil, vanilla essence and salt.
Step 2
Add baking powder and flour along the way, mix with a spoon and make sure you don't add too much flour.
Unfortunately I didn't calculate the exact amount of flour, so look for yourself :(
Step 3
Mix the dough with the spoon first, then after it binds start using your hands.
Step 4
Remove the dough on the table and knead it a little, a very pleasant crust comes out, sticky and easy to work.
Allow 15 minutes to rest.
Step 5
During this time, prepare the filling - mix the chopped walnuts with the jam.
Step 6
Put the jam more carefully, the composition must be thicker, so that it does not flow from the biscuits.
Step 7
The dough is divided into 2 pieces, knead lightly and leave for another 5 minutes.
Step 8
Each dough is spread in a sheet of maximum 3-4 mm thick, cut into rounds with a glass, put the filling.
The edges approach and stick well, like some dumplings, if you know what it's about :)
Step 9
Put the cookies on an oven tray greased with a little oil and put them in the oven, temperature 180-200 degrees.
Step 10
They are ready when lightly browned, in about 40-45 minutes.
Step 11
Let them cool well, pass them through powdered sugar and serve with great pleasure a hot tea :)
Good appetite!
