Step by step
Step 1
Cut the meat and 1 onion into large pieces, to pass them through the mincer - if you already have the minced meat, pass this step (just add a finely chopped onion to the meat).
Step 2
Over the minced meat and onion, add a little salt and pepper, to taste and mix well.
Step 3
Then we make the dough - over the flour put salt, 1 egg and adding a little water knead a soft dough, but not sticky.
Step 4
Leave the dough ball to rest for 10 minutes then knead it a little more and leave it for another 10 minutes.
Step 5
Divide the dough into 2 balls and let it rest for 5-10 minutes - all this to make the dough more elastic and easier to work.
Step 6
Roll out a sheet about 2-3 mm thick from each dough, put a thin layer of meat and roll tightly to form a roll.
Step 7
Cut the roll into pieces about 2 cm thick and pass them through the flour.
Step 8
Arrange all the rolls on a baking tray well greased with butter.
Step 9
In a pan, harden the onion, cut the scales with the remaining butter after greasing the tray.
After the onion is lightly browned, add the diced tomatoes, stir.
Step 10
Let it cook well together, about 5-10 minutes, then add a little salt to taste and remove from the heat.
Step 11
Spread this composition over the rolls in the tray and place the tray in the preheated oven for 35-45 minutes at 200 degrees.
Step 12
The meat will leave a little juice, so the rolls don't come out dry, plus the vegetable sauce and everything is perfect and delicious.
Serve hot with a little sour cream.
Good appetite!
