It is more of a method, not a recipe, but such a healthy dessert can be served simply with honey or used for other purposes: frozen for pie, for puddings, cakes, etc.
Pumpkin is cleaned, washed well and cut into larger slices.
Put it in an oven tray lined with aluminum foil.
Cover the pumpkin slices well with foil and put the tray in the oven for 30-40 minutes at 200 degrees.
After this time, open the foil and try the pumpkin if it is baked - stick a knife, if it enters easily and quickly it is ready. If it is still hard, cover it and leave it for another 10 minutes.
Sprinkle the soft and baked pumpkin with sugar and cinnamon and put it uncovered in the oven for another 15 minutes.
Serve hot with honey on top or you can put it in children's food, pies, puddings, cakes and of course freeze it in small portions for the winter.
