These pies are very simple, good (you really have nothing to do with them) and a solution for the festive meal as a quick, interesting and filling appetizer.
The minced meat is mixed with pepper, salt and finely chopped onion (or given by the mincer together with the meat). I added a little garlic powder.
The puff pastry is thawed and cut into slices about 7-8 cm wide.
Put the meat on each slice, as you see in the picture.
Fold one side of the dough over the meat and grease it with a little beaten egg.
Place the other side of the dough on top of the egg greased.
Then press lightly with the fork over the glued sides.
Turn the roll over and cut it into uniform pieces, about 2 cm wide.
Arrange the pies on a tray covered with baking paper, grease them with beaten egg and sprinkle with sesame / poppy seeds.
Put them in the oven, at an average temperature of 180-200 degrees, until they brown nicely.
Serve them hot or cold, as an appetizer or a family snack. They are also perfect for breakfast.
Good appetite!
