If you want a quick and healthy ice cream for your family, but you don't have much time - I suggest this very, very good ice cream. It is prepared with only 2 ingredients - whipped cream and condensed milk - if you want even faster I would recommend using an ice cream machine. Starting from this recipe, your imagination can fly wherever you want - put in it the pieces of fruit, chocolate, various flavors, cocoa, honey, sauces - and you will have the healthiest ice cream and I assure you that it is super delicious!
Another great advantage of the recipe is that during freezing the ice cream does not make ice needles, even if you do not use the ice cream machine and do not take it out every half hour to mix in it.
Condensed milk would be the only small problem, you really can't find it right on every corner to buy it, but it is found and has a long expiration date. You can take a date and make reservations all year round. It can be found in Lidl (red metal boxes), Arab shops, Russian shops, it is also on the internet, if you have good knowledge from Ukraine or Moldova, please bring it from there - they are cheap and good.
Another option would be to prepare it at home, I haven't worked on the recipe yet but I will consider it and I hope to come back with it as soon as possible.

If you are making ice cream with an ice cream machine, follow the instructions below:
- Beat the cream with a little mixer, but not too hard, just to swell slightly with air.
Then add a little condensed milk - here the amount can vary depending on how sweet you want to be frozen, better taste periodically and adjust to taste.
Start the ice cream machine according to the instructions - pour the above mixture into the machine and let it do its job.
It is ready when it thickens well.
For the simple version, without the ice cream machine:
- Beat the sour cream hard, like for whipped cream, then add the condensed milk. Mix well and put the whole composition in a container in the freezer to harden.
Before putting it in ice cream cups, I recommend taking it out of the freezer a little earlier, keep it for 30 minutes at room temperature or 2 hours in the refrigerator. This will make it much easier to take with a spoon and will have a creamier and softer consistency.
You can juggle this recipe and create various flavors and tastes, according to your preferences and what you have around the house. Anyway, it is delicious and is loved by everyone who tastes it first.
