Step 1
Wash and prepare all vegetables.
Step 2
Cut the peaches into small cubes and place in a larger bowl to mix the salad.
Step 3
Also cut the red bell pepper and the hot one (don't forget the hot pepper to clean the seeds well).

Finely chop the onion and add to the rest of the ingredients.
Step 5
Next, crushed garlic and finely chopped parsley.
Step 6
Squeeze the juice from 1 lemon over all the ingredients, add salt and mix the salad well.

Serve fresh with any food that requires a lighter garnish - especially with chicken.
