A simple and very good recipe - someone told me that he didn't even realize it was cauliflower - I've been making it for a long time and I really recommend it.
The cauliflower is washed and broken into pieces.
Put in a larger saucepan, pour water and bring to a boil. When it starts to boil, leave it for 10 minutes.
Then drain the water well, and it would be good to even rinse it with a little cold water.
Then put it in a bowl, sprinkle 1 teaspoon of salt, a little pepper and gently shake to distribute on all pieces.
Put the pan on the fire to heat with oil.
During this time, pass the cauliflower pieces through the flour.
Beat the eggs well with a fork, add a little salt and pepper.
After passing the cauliflower through the flour, put it in the plate with the egg and turn it on all sides to cover it evenly all over with the egg.
The cauliflower thus prepared is placed in the pan with well heated oil.
Brown the cauliflower well on all sides.
Then take it out on a paper towel and let it cool a bit.
Serve hot with a sauce or other food, your favorite salad.
Good appetite!
