It is not a complicated food, but very tasty, it looks good, it is simple to prepare and in addition it is quite dietetic. I really liked the idea when I saw it and wanted to show you too - if you are full of ideas you will surely appreciate the taste and the presentation in the form of skewers.
Wash the chicken, as well as the zucchini, onion and garlic.
Cut the meat and onion into small pieces to pass them through the meat grinder more easily and quickly.
Chop the meat, onion and garlic - put the mixture in a bowl, add parsley / dill - dry or green - salt, pepper and mix well.
Zucchini cut into rounds about 1 cm thick.
Skewer sticks are used for assembly and presentation.
The meat is shaped into medium-sized meatballs.
On each skewer stick put 1 slice of zucchini and a meatball - this is a first level - see the picture.
Continue with another slice of zucchini and another meatball.
And so do as many levels as you want - I fit about 5 meatballs and 6 slices of pumpkin on a skewer.
Put all the prepared and assembled meatballs on a Teflon tray, greased with a little oil and put in the preheated oven at 200 degrees, approximately.
After 10-15 minutes they will start to brown, then turn them on the other side - repeat the operation a few times to make it beautiful on all sides.
Serve hot with any garnish, your favorite vegetable salad.
Good appetite!
