Spring Salad with Special Dressing
The salad is a simple one, with vegetables and leaves now found in the market - but the dressing is actually the one that makes it particularly tasty, even more special.
I confidently recommend the dressing, the leaves and vegetables vary depending on what you find in the market or in the refrigerator.
Let me tell you a little about nutritional yeast flakes - besides the fact that it seasons many foods perfectly, it is a natural spice and full of B vitamins.
Ingredients

Lettuce
1 piece
you can add spinach, ruccola or other greens

Tomatoes
2 pieces
or cherry tomatoes, radishes

Lemon
0.5 pieces
juice of half a lemon
●
Garlic cloves
3 pieces
or half a teaspoon of garlic powder
●
Nutritional yeast flakes
2 tbsp

Step by step
Step 1
The vegetables are cleaned and washed well. Let them drain.
Step 2
Lettuce leaves break, as do other leaves if you have them. Cut the onion into medium pieces, cut the tomatoes as you like. Arrange them all in a larger bowl, in which you can easily mix the salad.

Now we prepare the dressing:
- Squeeze half a lemon in a smaller bowl.

Add the crushed garlic and oil.

Then I bought the yeast flakes - see the box of flakes - then from Pukka Food.
Step 6
Mix all ingredients well, add salt.
Step 7
Pour the dressing over the salad and with 2 forks carefully mix the whole composition. Be sure to distribute the sauce evenly.
Step 8
Serve immediately with some olives, if you like.
