Step 1
Boil the beef / veal well - you can do it in the pressure cooker, so that it is faster. Allow to cool completely.
Also boil eggs, cool them in water and then peel them.
Step 2
Now we make the salad.
The first is finely chopped beef.

Then the eggs are diced. Add them to a bowl in which you will mix the salad.

Cut the onion into thin and long slices - julienne, add it to the rest of the ingredients.

Cut the cucumbers into cubes and add to the salad.

Add mayonnaise and tomato paste, mix well.
Step 7
Season with salt and pepper and leave for a few hours in the fridge to marinate and penetrate the salad well.

Serve it and decorate it as you like - with greens or pickled cucumber pieces.
