Step by step
Step 1
The chicken is washed, cleaned and passed through a meat grinder.
Step 2
Onions are cleaned, washed and finely chopped. Then in a pan add a little oil and heat it a little - do not brown it hard, just soften it.
Step 3
Now put the mushrooms, mix well and let it cook for another 5 minutes.
Step 4
Add sour cream, a little pepper and salt - stir, simmer for 2-3 minutes then remove from the heat.
Step 5
Place this mixture over the minced meat and stir.
Step 6
Add the breadcrumbs, a little salt and pepper, mix and you're done - this will be the meat mixture for the roll.
Step 7
Put the cheese through a medium grater and mix well with the 4 eggs.
Step 8
In an oven tray, spread baking paper and spread this mixture evenly, to be about 5-6 mm thick. Bake at 180-200 degrees for 10-15 minutes.
Step 9
It looks like this after I took it out of the oven.
Step 10
And now a little skill - take the baking paper with your hands and turn the cheese top over on a surface, I put it directly on the table. Remove the paper lightly, remove quickly - just pull on it a little.
Step 11
Place the meat mixture on the edge of the cheese top and give it a rounder shape. Leave a little space at the side edges to easily form the roll.
Step 12
Form the roll and bend it slightly from the side edges so that it is well closed on all sides.
Step 13
This is what the roll looks like, closed and formed.
Step 14
Carefully place it in an oven tray lined with aluminum foil and wrap it tightly and tightly. Then put it in the preheated oven at 180-200 degrees for 30-35 minutes. After this time, remove it and let it cool completely.
Step 15
Then serve it and cut as you like - I tell you honestly, the taste is fff good, from the first snack you will be sure to repeat it.
Good appetite!
