I was really thinking about how I forgot about it for 2 years of posting recipes, now I compensate and I recommend you with confidence - it is simple, fast, full and delicious.
Boil the eggs, cool in cold water and clean.
Radishes and onions are cleaned and washed well.
In a deeper bowl, cut the radishes into rounds.
Then cut the green onion into small pieces, add to the radishes.
Next are eggs cut into small pieces.
And now sour cream and salt - mix well with a spoon and season with salt.
I recommend that you grease it with sour cream just before serving, if it stays longer, the radishes leave the water and the salad becomes more liquid.
Delicious, you can serve it so simply with bread or as a side dish to any favorite food.
