Diet Fish with Onions
Please do not stop reading the recipe if you see the parenthesis with "diet" - I said to specify this for those who are looking for specific dietary recipes, but also tasty. From all my experience of cooking fish, let me tell you honestly it is one of the most successful - such a tender, aromatic and tasty fish.
Yes, most importantly - the whole cooking process is clean, fast and beautiful - the actual cooking of the fish took 30 minutes, add more cleaning time, washing and voila the perfect food.
You can use any kind of fish you like, I now had fillets because I didn't have time to clean the fish, we even had to eat it in 30 minutes.

Step 1
Prepare the fish and clean the onions - wash them well.
Step 2
Cut the onion into larger pieces - julienne and put half of it in a deep pan - the pan should not be greased with anything or heated.
Step 3
Cut the fish into small pieces and arrange them over the onion - see what pan you have and how much fish you take to make it look good. It would be perfect for the fish to fit exactly the surface of the pan.
Step 4
Distribute the rest of the onion evenly over the fish in the pan.

Put salt, sugar and vinegar in a 250 ml glass.
Step 6
Add enough water to fill the glass, mix well to dissolve all the ingredients.
Step 7
Pour this marinade over the ingredients in the pan, add 1 tablespoon of oil, pepper, spices, slightly broken bay leaf.
Step 8
Put the lid on the pan, turn on the heat and when the composition starts to boil, make a low heat and let it simmer for about 30 minutes.
Step 9
After 30 minutes you can serve the fish, notice that the onion melts and becomes like a sauce - season the fish perfectly.
Step 10
Serve the fish immediately or cold, in both cases it is delicious.
