Beetroot and Orange Salad

You probably know that beets are one of the best vegetables, plus they keep all their vitamins even after heat processing. In such a hurry I went to the market and for too much zeal I took 1 kg of beets, so I have work...

A first recipe I made was this salad, very delicious and flavorful - it cooks quickly and disappears just as quickly. You can combine it with what you like, it is both fasting and diet and simply for vitaminization.

Ingredients
Beetroot
1 piece
Balsamic vinegar
1 tbsp
or wine vinegar
Garlic cloves
2 pieces
Fresh parsley
1 bunch
Oranges
1 piece
use only half of it
Olive oil
2 tbsp
Salt and pepper
1 tsp
add to taste
Step by step
Step 1

Boil the beets in water, or in the microwave, or bake them in the oven. Allow to cool, clean and cut into cubes.

Finely chop the greens, grind the garlic - add both to the beets.

Squeeze the juice from half an orange.

Prepare the salad dressing - mix the vinegar, orange juice and olive oil.

Add the dressing to the salad, season with salt and pepper, mix well.

I served the salad on salad leaves and greens, plus I used the other half of the orange - I cleaned it, peeled it well and garnished the salad with it.
