Step by step
Step 1
Boil the beets in water, or in the microwave, or bake them in the oven. Allow to cool, clean and cut into cubes.
Step 2
Finely chop the greens, grind the garlic - add both to the beets.
Step 3
Squeeze the juice from half an orange.
Step 4
Prepare the salad dressing - mix the vinegar, orange juice and olive oil.
Step 5
Add the dressing to the salad, season with salt and pepper, mix well.
Step 6
I served the salad on salad leaves and greens, plus I used the other half of the orange - I cleaned it, peeled it well and garnished the salad with it.
