When you want to pamper yourself with something delicious, maybe not perfectly healthy, try this variant of baked wings. Honey in combination with tomato sauce and soy sauce is the perfect ingredient, although I didn't really believe it and I was skeptical when I first made them.
I combined them with a green salad and some good, naturally ripened olives.
The wings are washed and cleaned very well. Let them drain.
Tomato paste is mixed with bee honey, so dissolve it completely. For me, the honey was more organic, a little sugary, but it went very well.
Then add the soy sauce, dried spices and salt - mix well.
Put the wings in the sauce bowl and mix well so that the sauce reaches all the pieces.
Then put them in an oven tray, the sauce that remains in the plate / bowl, pour it over the wings.
Put the tray in the oven at 180 -200 degrees for about 40-50 minutes.
After this time, take the tray out of the oven, carefully grease the wings with the sauce it leaves in the tray, use a brush. Put the tray in the oven for another 10 minutes.
Serve them with any garnish you like - we had a salad of greens and olives.
Good appetite!
