We liked it very much, it comes out very fluffy and tender, slightly crunchy on the edges of corn flour. I recommend you do it for children, you just know how many vitamins and good things corn flour has.
Melt the butter, add the sugar and mix well with the whisk.
Add eggs, mix well.
In another smaller bowl, mix the yogurt with baking soda - you will notice that it extinguishes it, it will make air bubbles.
Add the yogurt composition to the egg, butter and sugar mixture - mix.
Now salt, corn flour and white flour work. Stir to prevent lumps.
Spread a baking tray with baking paper - grease it with a little oil or butter. Pour the dough into the pan and level with a spoon.
Place the tray in a preheated oven at about 180-200 degrees - an average temperature.
When it browns nicely, take it out and let it cool well.
Then portion it and serve as you like, the composition is perfect but also different from a simple cake.
