And because everyone is cooking something chocolate on this day, I still propose a dish that will surely make any meal more special and festive. It is simple to prepare, and in addition to all quite dietetic (depending on what kind of meat you choose).
Garlic gives it a special note, aromatic crust and very tender meat - add to the table a grain of vegetables, rice, potatoes.
Wash and clean the meat, prepare the garlic - cut it into long pieces, so you can easily spread them in the meat.
With a knife make holes in the piece of meat.
Put a piece of garlic in each hole, take care to deepen it as well as possible, so that it reaches the middle of the meat.
Continue until the whole piece of meat is breaded, try to put as much usutroi as possible - to make the steak more flavorful.
Put the meat in a tray covered with aluminum foil - leave the longer foil on the edges so you can wrap the meat.
Sprinkle salt and pepper over the meat - rub well on all sides.
Wrap the meat well in foil, and put it in the oven at a temperature of 200-220 degrees for 1 hour and a half.
Meanwhile, make a sauce with which we will grease the steak on top and give a colorful and flavorful crust to the steak.
Mix the mustard, tomato paste, soy sauce, a little salt and dried herbs.
After an hour and a half, take the meat out of the oven, unwrap the foil - see that the steak is baked / boiled and the meat is almost ready.
Grease the meat on top with the prepared sauce - put more, so that it is abundant.
Put the meat in the oven for another 30 minutes, brown it and cook well.
After removing it, let it cool slightly for another 10-15 minutes and let it penetrate.
Then portion it and serve with any favorite garnish.
Good appetite!
