I don't even think I have to tell you how good they are, a combination of white chocolate, cocoa and cream cheese - very delicious and chocolatey.
Mix in a bowl the cream cheese with the powdered sugar and vanilla essence.
Then add the melted white chocolate (I melted it in the microwave) and mix well. Set aside until the dough is ready.
In another bowl, mix the dry ingredients - flour, cocoa, sugar, baking soda.
Add the mixture of milk + sweet cream + vanilla essence to the composition from the previous step.
Stir a little until smooth but not too much, the dough should be more lumpy.
Put the silicone molds on a tray and add 1 tablespoon of cocoa dough and then 1 teaspoon of white chocolate cheese mixture over it.
Then put another 1 tablespoon of cocoa dough to cover the filling and put them in the oven at 180-200, ie an average.
After half an hour, after they have grown well, test them carefully with a toothpick (be careful not to reach the silicone as it breaks easily when it is hot), if you have to leave them a little longer.
Then cool them and serve with great pleasure powdered with a little sugar.
Good appetite!
