Step 1
Peel the carrots, julienne them and squeeze the juice. Then fry in hot oil, just like you do for classic french fries.
Step 2
After they have browned, put them on a napkin to drain the oil well.

Wash the chicken breast, cut it into cubes and put it in oil.
Step 4
When the water drops and browns, add a little salt and some of your favorite spices. Remove from the heat and remove the meat from a plate to drain the oil.

Carrot the carrot with a thin grater or give it through a blender that scrapes nicely. Cut the cabbage thin as for the salad.
Step 6
And now the end - on a large plate put the ingredients - in the middle of the potatoes, then in portions - meat, drained peas, cabbage, diced cucumbers and grated carrots.
Step 7
Make mayonnaise and pour it in the middle of the salad - garnish with some greens.
And that's it - before serving, mix with 2 forks.
