One of the most delicious desserts, light, soft, flavorful - now even faster to prepare... The recipe is very simple, even after I put it in the fridge I thought it was the ideal solution for housewives in a hurry and who do not want to complicate themselves with sophisticated desserts. I made it in an hour in the morning, until the afternoon I left it in the fridge and in the evening I hit it.
In the future I just think I will double the amount of cream, to make it taller (to be more handsome even though it's okay and so on) or to use a tray with a smaller diameter (mine is 28 cm).
Grind the biscuits well either with a blender or through a mincer.
Melt the butter (I put it in the microwave for 1 minute).
Add the butter to the whipped cream and mix well with your hands or a spoon, so that it is a thicker and slightly sticky composition.
Spread with food foil a tray with high edges that come out (if you can remove the cake and without the edges that come out then use a simple round tray), put foil on the edges.
Place the above composition in the tray and press it to come evenly over the entire surface of the tray.
Put the gelatin in 100ml of water, then heat it well until it dissolves completely in the water - be careful not to boil it, it will lose its gelling qualities.
The sweet cream mixes well with the sugar - it didn't harden for me and I left it like that. Of course, it would be perfect to get a stronger cream, but don't worry anyway, the gelatin catches them well.
Then add the mascarpone cheese and mix well so that they are not lumpy.
Then add the gelatin dissolved in water and mix well again.
Pour the mixture into the tray lined with biscuits, level and refrigerate until the cream hardens well.
It hardens in about 2 hours if you have no problems with gelatin or the refrigerator.
When it is ready, take it out of the tray, decorate as you like and serve it with great pleasure :)
Good appetite!
