Another ingenious, simple and delicious recipe - a discovery from the Tupperware recipe book. It has a slightly different composition than the Easy Pour Pizza that I posted before - but just as delicious.
I recommend you try it, it is not eaten - run away .... one will definitely not be enough :)
You put the ingredients you like and you have them around the house, here I used what I had in the fridge.
Put the cream and eggs in the Magic Mixer (or any other mixer) and shake well.
Then add flour and salt and stir again.
Voila! We have the dough - ingenious, right? :)
The dough is poured in the silicone form and the more solid pizza ingredients are put - corn, ham, etc.
If you don't have a silicone form, try a classic one, lined with baking paper - but I'll tell you I haven't tried it yet.
Then grate a lot of telemea (the basic ingredient of this recipe) and cut the chopped onion on top. Place the tray in a preheated oven over medium heat for about 30 minutes.
After 30 minutes, lightly remove the tray from the oven (along with the oven grill) and sprinkle with grated cheese - to make a nice crust. Put the tray back in the oven for another 10 min.
When it is ready, take it out, portion it and enjoy it with the whole family.
Good appetite!
