Regarding the quick pizza recipe, to be honest I was skeptical until the moment I tasted it - it is prepared as if it were too simple and banal, with the basic ingredients that you definitely have at home. In 5 minutes it was already in the oven, it only took a while to bake, there is no way to hurry it :)
The dough is very good, maybe not fluffy, but very fragile, soft and pleasant, the pizza is eaten in 5 minutes, it is so good. So you know, at noon I did a test, which disappeared immediately, and in the evening I repeated - this time I made 2 pizzas to reach everyone. You can vary the ingredients as you like and what you have in the kitchen.
Put the following ingredients in a Shaker - milk, flour, egg, oil and salt.
Close the mixer tightly and shake the composition well.
Pour the dough from the mixer into the round silicone tray, you don't have to grease it with anything, just make it clean.
Place the pizza ingredients over the molded dough in the pan. I first put the chicken ham and corn, then I sprinkled the chopped peppers, you will see it in the pictures below. Don't be afraid if it sinks into the dough, that's the way it should be.
That's all pizza, it will take a maximum of 10 minutes the whole process.
Place the tray on the preheated oven grill at medium to low temperature. Silicone trays are not placed at maximum temperature.
Grate the cheese, and 10 minutes after you put the pizza in the oven, gently remove the grill with the tray, sprinkle the cheese and put it back in the oven.
Leave in the oven until well browned. Then remove the tray with the grill from the oven, let it cool a little, you will notice that when baking it swells a little and then when it cools it deflates.
Take out the pizza on a plate and serve with the tomato sauce or whatever you want. Delicious!
You have 3 possibilities to prepare this recipe:
- Mix the ingredients with a normal mixer - but I assure you that the price of shaker is very good, it is worth taking for other recipes.
- Mix the ingredients with the normal mixer and pour the pizza in a Teflon oven tray, but you must spread it on paper - I have not tested this option, I leave it to you to tell me what will come out.
Good appetite!
