Now is a good time for those who care about their figure and health to take another weight loss regimen, or at least for general well-being. This is due to the abundance of good and healthy vegetables and fruits, which you can combine with any favorite garnish.
And here I propose a variant of beef burger, cooked in a dietary style, in the oven, without fats and with optimal calories. We liked it a lot, it was very filling, soft and juicy due to the aluminum foil preparation. You can make it steamed, it comes out just as good. I said that I will do it and not necessarily in the diet, because it is usually simple and fast. I served it with white radish and curry rice.
Be sure to try it.
The meat and onion are passed through the meat grinder. If you have already minced meat and you do not have a mincer, mash the onion or cut it into small pieces.
Add the egg whites, salt, pepper and finely chopped greens.
Mix the composition well, preferably with your hands to blend well.
Divide the composition ochiometrically into 6 portions, from each form a burger / parjoala and place them on a tray well lined with aluminum foil.
I modeled the burgers with a new purchase from Metro, a stainless steel ring, very useful in the kitchen.
After you have formed them all, optionally grease each burger with a little soy sauce, it will give it a little color and taste.
Then wrap all the burgers well with aluminum foil and put the tray in the oven, for 40-50 minutes at a temperature of 180-200 degrees, preheated oven.
Check them with a fork if they are ready like this: lightly press on a burger and if no pink juice comes out they are ready, if the juice is pink, leave it in the oven for another 10 minutes.
I served them with rice boiled in a lot of water with curry powder and salt with white radish slices.
Good appetite!
