As I promised, I now put the zucchini recipe that I tasted in the country - it is very easy to prepare, quickly and without much hassle and frying. The cheese gives it a perfect taste, and the breadcrumbs on top make it a little crispy. It is preferably eaten when they are warm, then it loses its fragility and softens the breadcrumbs, but it also goes hot or cold.
Wash the zucchini and cut into 3 large pieces.
Then cut each piece into 3 lengthwise. We will use the sides for au gratin, use the middle for something else, or throw it away. That's because there are more seeds in the middle, that's why I prefer not to au gratin it, but to be honest I didn't try to use them too - it's coming in the future :)
You can make bread with pumpkin or pancakes with pumpkin.
Grease a baking tray with a little oil and put all the pumpkin pieces prepared above in it. Sprinkle a little salt over them.
Put a thin slice of cheese on each piece of zucchini - or you can grate it.
Then sprinkle breadcrumbs over each piece of zucchini with cheese. If the breadcrumbs are coarser, the zucchini will be crispier.
Then sprinkle with a little oil and put the tray in the oven at a temperature of 200-250 degrees.
Leave in the oven until well browned, then remove and serve hot with any favorite garnish of vegetables or meat.
Good appetite!
