I think everyone knows how to boil corn, I boiled this season too, but talking to my husband one evening we remembered the corn cooked over a fire, brown and a little crunchy... After that while surfing the internet I discovered a very simple and extraordinarily good method of making baked corn in the oven, it is aromatic, brown and slightly crunchy (depending on how long you keep it in the oven).
I recommend you to try, of course you can combine the ingredients to your liking and taste.
Corn is well cleaned of leaves.
Now prepare the spice sauce with which to grease the corn - first grind the garlic well.
Then add the finely chopped parsley, or the dried one (I put it dry), the pepper and / or any other favorite herbs.
The oil follows and everything mixes well.
Break large pieces of aluminum foil, put the corn on it and grease it well with the mixture of garlic and spices. Then sprinkle a little salt evenly over the entire surface of the corn.
Wrap the corn well in foil and place it in the oven tray. This is how you make all the pieces of corn you have.
Arrange all the pieces well in the baking tray and put it in the oven for about 1-1.5 hours, depending on how brown you like it. Every 20-30 minutes turn the corn, to bake evenly over the entire surface.
To see if it is ready, gently break the foil on one of them and see if it has browned.
Serve hot, if it cools it does not taste the same.
Good appetite!
