A very good recipe, the triangles are soft, fragrant, a little moist with a pleasant orange taste - they are healthy and very good for the children's menu. I'm still looking on the net for a healthy and dessert recipe with fiber and fruit, a bit difficult - but I found it and I'm sure I'll repeat it. My baby ate brilliantly, about 2 triangles at first and then he kept asking.
I recommend that you make it, just have oatmeal or a coffee grinder for grinding oatmeal.
Wash the orange and boil it with enough water to cover it. When it starts to boil, turn off the heat and leave for 10 minutes - then take it out and put it in cold water to cool.
Until the orange boils, grind the oatmeal - if you have oat flour, skip this step.
Cut the orange in half, remove the seeds and break into pieces. Put in the blender eggs, oil, orange, honey and salt.
The apples are washed, cleaned, cut into smaller pieces and put in a blender with the rest of the ingredients. Thoroughly mix all the ingredients until they become a paste.
In the oat flour add the sugar, baking soda and baking powder - mix well.
Add the fruit and egg paste to the flour mixture and mix well.
Spread a baking tray with baking paper, pour the dough and level it with a spoon to be about 1 cm thick. Place in the oven at an average temperature of 180-200 degrees.
Leave in the oven until well browned, then remove and allow to cool.
Cut the cake into triangles and powder with a little powdered sugar or cinnamon.
Good appetite!
