Step by step
Step 1
Wash the orange and boil it with enough water to cover it. When it starts to boil, turn off the heat and leave for 10 minutes - then take it out and put it in cold water to cool.
Step 2
Until the orange boils, grind the oatmeal - if you have oat flour, skip this step.
Step 3
Cut the orange in half, remove the seeds and break into pieces. Put in the blender eggs, oil, orange, honey and salt.
Step 4
The apples are washed, cleaned, cut into smaller pieces and put in a blender with the rest of the ingredients. Thoroughly mix all the ingredients until they become a paste.
Step 5
In the oat flour add the sugar, baking soda and baking powder - mix well.
Step 6
Add the fruit and egg paste to the flour mixture and mix well.
Step 7
Spread a baking tray with baking paper, pour the dough and level it with a spoon to be about 1 cm thick. Place in the oven at an average temperature of 180-200 degrees.
Step 8
Leave in the oven until well browned, then remove and allow to cool.
Step 9
Cut the cake into triangles and powder with a little powdered sugar or cinnamon.
