The cake is very good, in the recipe the source says that it is a dietary recipe, I don't really agree but with small modifications you can make it even more dietary. Put less sugar or fructose, do not put some of the yolks (you can put 6 egg whites and 3 yolks) and we really get a super delicious and very healthy dessert, especially for children.
I respected the ingredients from the source recipe, I did not test the lighter version. The amount of ingredients is for a 28 cm round tray, if you have a smaller one, cut the ingredients in half.
Thaw the pitted cherries.
Put eggs together with the sugar and beat well with a mixer.
The cheese is mixed with wheat semolina.
To the egg composition is added the cheese and vanilla essence. Mix well with the mixer.
Then the baking soda quenched with vinegar and mix well again.
Grease the pan with butter and sprinkle well with wheat semolina.
Pour 1/3 of the dough into the pan and evenly distribute the cherries.
Pour the rest of the dough into the pan, level and bake at medium temperature - 180-200 degrees.
Leave to brown nicely, then remove and let cool well.
After it has cooled, turn it over on a plate and serve with great appetite :)
