The chicken is washed well and boiled with enough water to cover it.

Add whole vegetables (onions, carrots, peppers) cleaned and washed - do not cut them into small pieces because we use them only for soup, to make the base fragrant and tasty. Put 2 bay leaves, froth if necessary and when it starts to boil well, make a low heat and leave for 40-50 minutes.
Step 3
After this time, remove the boiled chicken on a plate to cool slightly. Take the vegetables out and use them for another meal or throw them away.

Then remove the skin from the chicken, deboned the meat and chop finely.

Put the corn, the meat in the pan with the soup and make the big fire start to boil well.

Beat the eggs well with a fork.

Pour them into the soup, stirring constantly with a spoon so that they come out like egg noodles.
