Those who are on a diet and not only, pay attention to this beautiful recipe - very, very healthy, easy and quick to prepare. It's a kind of dietary variation on Apple Cake - only you can eat it without worrying about your waist and health. It is especially good for capricious children, who do not really want to eat cereal but prefer sweets.
Grease a baking tray with butter (I used a 28 cm round one with removable edges) and sprinkle breadcrumbs on the bottom and walls of the tray.
Apples are washed, cleaned and cut into small pieces. Put them in the tray in an even layer and sprinkle them with a tablespoon of flour.
Separate the egg whites from the yolks and beat them hard, add the sugar and beat a little more.
Add the oatmeal to the beaten egg whites.
Then the baking powder and carefully mix the composition - with movements from top to bottom, so as not to set the egg whites.
Put the dough over the apples, evenly and bake at an average temperature of 180-200 degrees.
The cake is ready when it browns slightly on top, remove it and let it cool completely.
Before serving, sprinkle it with a little grated dark chocolate, it is optional.
