Drain the peas and put them in a salad bowl.
Be sure to choose good quality canned peas, be a little sweet and soft, I usually buy Bonduelle.
Drain the mushrooms in the marinade and add to the peas. If they are too big, cut them into smaller pieces.
Wash green onions, cut into small pieces and add to peas and mushrooms.
Add oil, salt and vinegar, mix well. That's all salad work!
In fasting and diet it is very good - it contains many proteins and vitamins, it is dietary and healthy.
