Step by step
Step 1
The chicken breast is washed and boiled for 30 minutes. After it has boiled, take it out of the soup, let it cool, then cut it into small pieces.
Be careful not to throw away the soup, you will use it at another step.
Step 2
While the meat is boiling, clean, wash and finely chop the onion. Then heat it in 3 tablespoons of oil until lightly browned.
Step 3
Also during this time boil broccoli - no more than 2-3 minutes (since it starts to boil - in frozen broccoli it takes a little longer to boil water, because it has a thawing time in water) in salted water.
Take it out of the water and let it cool down a bit.
Step 4
Put through a mincer or blender - boiled meat and onions.
Step 5
Then add a little soup (0.5 - 1 glass) until the meat becomes a little more liquid, not so dry - so you can spread it easily and be more tender.
Add salt and pepper to taste, stir.
Step 6
Now prepare the dough with broccoli - in a blender put 4 eggs, broccoli, flour, baking powder and 1/3 teaspoon salt.
Step 7
Mix well until the composition is homogeneous.
Step 8
Lay out an oven tray with baking paper, pour the dough over it and spread it all over the surface in a rectangular shape. Put the tray in the preheated oven for 10-15 min.
Step 9
After removing it from the oven, spread a thin layer of chicken breast filling over the entire surface.
Do not place meat on one edge of the countertop, which you grease with yogurt - this is how the edges stick well after rolling the countertop.
You may have a little of the filling left over, you can eat it as a patty on bread in the morning or use it in other foods.
Step 10
Roll the top, help yourself a little with the baking paper - roll in the direction of the edge you greased with yogurt.
Step 11
Put the roll in the oven for another 15-20 minutes. Then take it out and let it cool well - it can be eaten both hot and cold as an appetizer.
