To be honest, I was very skeptical when I made this recipe - I said to make more dietary food, but something sweet and dietary and tasty is hard to choose. I found the recipe on a forum, it doesn't look very appetizing but I was convinced by the list of ingredients, all healthy and dietary.
The recipe does not use flour at all, only oatmeal - very good, they contain a lot of fiber, trace elements, vitamins - perfect for children and those who adhere to a healthy diet.
So, the cake is very tasty, sweet, but in moderation, a little wet, the most representative for me was that my little girl ate it very well and a lot - she kept asking.
Today I make it again, it went very well, I recommend you to try it and have the recipe saved and printed.
Put 1 cup of oatmeal in a larger bowl. Boil water and add it to the flakes, mix and leave for 10-15 minutes until cool.
During this time, chop the prunes.
And grind the other glass of oatmeal. You can give it to the grinder, coffee grinder or blender.
Add the yogurt to the flakes with water and mix well with a spoon or whisk so that they are not lumpy.
Then add 2 eggs and sugar, mix.
Followed by oil, baking powder, baking soda and salt. Mix well with the target.
Add the ground oat flakes, mix.
Then chopped plums and chopped walnuts, mix.
Pour the dough into a cake pan lined with baking paper.
Put in the oven at medium temperature - for 50-60 minutes, until well browned. Then take it out of the oven and leave it in the pan for 10-15 minutes.
After 10-15 minutes, turn it over on a bottom / plate, remove the baking paper and let it cool completely.
Then portion it and enjoy it all.
Good appetite!
