Step 1
Peel and wash the potatoes.
Step 2
Pour the oil into the pan and heat it well. Use a deeper pan, preferably a wok type and necessarily with a lid.
Step 3
Cut the potatoes into larger cubes and place in the pan. Mix well, so each potato and be greased with oil.
Step 4
Cover with a lid and make the fire on the stove medium. And leave for 10-15 minutes.
Step 5
After 10-15 minutes mix with a wooden spoon or spatula. Then leave for another 10 minutes and then mix. So the secret is not to stir often, only 2-3 times until the potatoes are ready and also let them be covered with a lid.
Step 6
When the potatoes are ready, add the finely chopped onion and salt, mix and leave for another 5-10 minutes.
Step 7
Depending on your preference, when you add onions you can add some sausages or vegetable sausages (that's how I put it here in the picture).
It goes very well with pickles or vegetable salad.
The potatoes are eaten immediately after they are ready, if you leave them for more than 10-15 minutes without fire, they will harden a little and will not be as good.
