Put the walnuts in a bag and beat with a little harder, to grind well.
In a larger bowl, place the corn and beans, drained. Then add the chopped walnuts.
Cut the peppers and cucumbers into cubes and add to the rest of the ingredients.
Grind the garlic, cut the greens into small pieces and add them to the salad. Add a little salt, oil and mix everything well.
The salad is very good and immediately after cooking and on the 2nd day.
