Another great recipe - I discovered it on a forum and said I would try it. We liked it very much, it has a strong aroma of coconut and apples, fluffy texture and slightly moist. Ever since I put it in the oven, it couldn't be in the house because of the coconut aroma, I can't wait to taste it :)
Mix the milk with the coconut in a saucepan. Put it on the fire and let it boil for 2-3 minutes, then turn off the heat and let it cool a little.
Mix the soft butter with the sugar, then mix the composition well with the mixer.
Add one egg at a time to the butter and sugar mixture. Beat each egg with the mixer, to mix well with the other composition.
This is what the final composition of eggs, butter and sugar looks like.
Add the coconut and milk composition, mix well with the mixer. In another bowl, mix the flour with the baking powder and gradually add it to the above composition, mixing with the mixer so that they are not lumpy.
Wash the apples, peel and seed, and chop finely. Add to the dough and mix well.
Grease a 26-28 cm tray with butter, line the bottom of the tray with baking paper.
Pour the dough into the pan and distribute it evenly over the entire surface. Put it in the oven over medium heat until well browned.
Once it is ready, let it cool and place it on a round tray / plate. Sprinkle a little coconut or powder and the cake is ready. It is very good and hot and cold.
Good appetite!
