Ingredients

White mushrooms
500 g
   
White onion
1 piece
   
White bread
2 pieces
2 medium slices
Olive oil

Fresh parsley

Step by step

Step 1

Clean the mushrooms and boil them in water for about 20 minutes.

Place them in a sieve to drain well.

Peel and wash the onion, then cut into medium pieces. Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a pan, add the onion and mushrooms, and sauté until golden brown. Let cool.

Soak the slices of bread in water.

Blend the mixture of mushrooms, onions, and well-drained bread using a blender.

Mix the mushroom paste with 3 tablespoons of oil, parsley, and salt.
