In a bowl mix flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, salt, cinnamon.

Carrot is given through a small grater.

Add carrots, oil and eggs to the flour mixture.

Mix well with a spoon the whole mixture, at first it will be drier, then the carrots will leave more juice and it will be just right.

Mix well with the mixer, about 2 minutes the whole composition.

Grease a 28-30cm round tray with butter, spread it with baking paper.

Pour the dough into the pan and put it in the oven over medium heat for about an hour.

It is ready when it browns well and passes the toothpick test. Let it cool in the pan for 15 minutes.

After 15 minutes, remove from the pan, cover with a little powdered sugar and cinnamon and leave to cool well. You can also cover it with a cream prepared from cream cheese, powdered sugar and cinnamon, it will be even more delicious.
