Another discovery for me was this super tasty white sauce, I thought it had to be only milk, butter, very caloric and fatty - here I saw that it could be different. I found the recipe in a vegetarian recipe book. You can use it for creamy sauces, pasta, vegetarian lasagna, etc.
Boil soy milk.
Until the milk boils, mix well the flour with half a cup of warm water (mix with a whisk so as not to make lumps), then add salt and oil.
When the milk boils, slowly pour the flour mixture, mix well, let it boil for another 1-2 minutes.
Add the spices, thyme / pepper / nutmeg and turn off the heat. This is the sauce, use it further where necessary.
