It is an inspired recipe after I ate some pizza to order, very successful. I usually prefer pizza with chicken, mushrooms - but the crispy dried salami and onions convinced me to try this type of pizza, I recommend you try it too. It has few ingredients, but very well suited in my opinion.
As the dough grows, prepare the ingredients for 2 pizza trays - cut the dry salami into very thin slices (as thin as possible).
Julienne the red peppers.
Julienne the onion.
Grease the pizza trays with a little oil, divide the dough into 2 and spread evenly in the pan with your hands greased with oil (pizza is very fluffy and soft if the dough is soft, sticky). Mix the tomato broth with spices, olive oil, salt and grease the dough well with this mixture.
Then distribute the grated cheese over the entire surface.
Onions and bell peppers follow.
And finally the slices of salami in abundance are distributed on the pizza.
Bake in the oven over medium heat for about 30-40 minutes.
It is delicious with ketchup and a glass of beer :)
Good appetite!
