They are delicious cookies, super easy to prepare, healthy - do not contain gluten, and sugar can be replaced with sweetener powder or honey (for those who are not allowed sugar). I recommend you to do them!
Pour boiling water over the almonds, leave for 2-3 minutes - then drain and clean the skin (scalds are much easier to clean).
Chop them well in a blender or mincer.
Mix the almonds with the sugar and vanilla sugar / essence.
Beat the egg a little and add it to the almond composition. Mix the whole composition well with your hands until you feel it is sticky.
Form with your balls, flatten them a little and thus form the cookies. Arrange them on a tray greased with butter or spread with baking paper (I recommend paper).
Keep them in the oven for 20-30 minutes, until lightly browned.
They are delicious and hot and cold, but they sure end quickly :)
