It is a classic dish, I usually make it in the zucchini season - it goes very well with new potatoes or any other favorite garnish.
Wash the zucchini and cut into slices about 1 cm thick.
Put oil in a frying pan, then fry the zucchini.
Brown the zucchini on both sides and remove to a plate.
After frying the zucchini, we will prepare the sour cream sauce.
Finely chop the onion and lightly fry in oil.
Then add 1 tablespoon of flour, mix well and leave for another 5 minutes on medium heat to cook the flour together with the onion.
Add sour cream, mix well. After you have mixed and everything starts to boil, the sauce may be a bit thick. If you want it more liquid, add a little more water or milk until you get the desired consistency.
Salt and pepper to taste.
Add the zucchini to the sauce, mix lightly and let it boil together for another 5 minutes.
They are very good warm with a garnish of potatoes, rice or meat.
Good appetite!
