I like this Shortbread recipe because it doesn't need many sophisticated ingredients and it's very simple to prepare. Moderately sweet, with a chocolate aroma, moist and soft interior - a delight for coffee or morning tea.
Let the butter soften at room temperature, then put it in a bowl where you will make the dough and add the sugar over it.
Beat the butter with the sugar with a mixer, so that it blends well.
Melt the chocolate in a cauldron or heat-resistant dish.
Add it to the butter and sugar composition and mix well.
Then add the yogurt, mix well with a whisk or mixer on low speed.
The flour is mixed with the baking powder.
Measure 130 ml of milk with a graduated glass and start adding in 3 rounds (in the composition of chocolate, yogurt, butter and sugar), a little flour - mix with the whisk.
Then 1/3 of the milk, and mix again.
Repeat the procedure 3 times, until you use all the flour and milk.
Mix well so that they are not lumpy, you should get a cake-like dough.
In a 20/30 tray, spread baking paper and distribute the dough evenly.
Place in a preheated oven at medium temperature for about 30 minutes.
After 30 minutes, take it out of the oven and let it cool completely in the pan.
After it cools, cut it into trenches, sprinkle powdered sugar and take it out on a plate or plate and enjoy with the whole family :) The texture should be slightly crispy on the outside and moist / soft on the inside.
Good appetite!
