A very good and tasty salad - it can be prepared in weight loss regimes, festive meal and family dinner. The original recipe is with chicken, I think you can make it without it - in case you don't eat meat or want it to be lighter.
Wash the chicken breast and boil it in water for about 30 minutes.
Cut the bread into small cubes.
Heat the bread crumbs in an oil-free pan until well browned and crispy.
Prepare the salad dressing by mixing the oil, vinegar, salt, pepper and crushed garlic.
Wash the lettuce well, break the small pieces into a bowl in which you will mix the salad.
Pour the sauce prepared from oil, vinegar, etc. over the salad. Mix well.
Cut the onion into small pieces and add it to the salad.
The cucumber is also cut into noodles, it is added to the rest of the ingredients.
Grate the cheese through a small grater. Add it in the salad.
Remove the meat from the water and leave to cool. Then break with your hands into small pieces.
Just before serving, add the crispy crutons, mix all the ingredients well. If you add the bread and it is not eaten immediately, it softens and will not be so crunchy.
