A very good salad, can also be made for vegetarians, if you use vegan mayonnaise. Highly recommended as a source of vitamins, beets being known as one of the best vegetables. It goes very well on bread, even in the morning for breakfast.
Boil the beets, covered with water, on medium heat until they are very soft.
After boiling, cool the beets with cold water and peel them.
Prepare the mayonnaise, nuts and garlic.
Grate the beets.
Add the pressed garlic over it.
Chop the walnuts well, put them in the beetroot composition.
Add mayonnaise and mix well.
Add salt to taste, if necessary.
Put it in a deeper plate, level with a knife.
Garnish with nuts, parsley, etc.
