Sunflower oil

or olive oil

Wine vinegar
2 tbsp
or lemon juice

Feta Cheese
200 g
or tofu cheese for vegans

Step by step
Step 1
Choose the spinach leaves and wash them well under running water - then let them drain.
Step 2
Do the same with othet greens, lettuce, radish and green onions.
Step 3
In a deeper salad bowl, tear the large pieces of leaves.
Step 4
Next are the lettuce leaves.
Step 5
Cut the radish into thin slices.
Step 6
Finely chop the green onions, add salt, sugar, vinegar, oregano and oil. If you make a large amount of salad, use these amounts - if you make less, then adjust each component to taste.
Step 7
Mix the salad well with 2 forks, taste, adjust salt, sugar, vinegar (if necessary).
Serve garnished with pieces of Feta cheese (soft cheese not matured) or tofu cheese (in case you are vegan).
